Can't Come Out and Play

It's the most beautiful morning here where I live in northerly Alberta.  Sunny skies, birds filling the world with cheery songs, trees finally leafing out in that brilliant, fresh green.  Not to mention enjoying what's popping out in gardens and natural walkways.

I've got new ideas for postings, but there have been other needful calls on my time and energy at present so we'll wait to unveil them until another day.
In the meantime, I wanted to wish you the BEST kind of week and remind you of those immortal words by Anne Frank:

"How wonderful it is that nobody
need wait a single moment
before starting to improve the world."

Live it beautifully this week!

  1. What a lovely thought! May you have a beautiful day filled with beautiful things!

  2. Anne Frank was wise beyond her years. The nice thing about this cold spring is that the pretty blossoms last for a long time. All of our fruit trees are blossoming and yesterday we spotted a lady Baltimore oriole!

  3. That child was certainly an amazing one. What a quote!

  4. I like that quote, it says much...

  5. That is a beautiful quote by Anne Frank - than you for sharing it.

  6. What a beautiful blog you have, Brenda. Thank you for visiting mine today. I hope your lilacs bloom soon. :-)
    XO Diane

  7. Hi Brenda, such a insightful quote. You have such a way of planting seeds of beauty, grace and loveliness. I often think about the quotes you leaves throughout my day. I hope you have a lovely afternoon! Delisa

  8. I just love the way you write!
You have a way of saying things is such a beautiful way!

  9. Anne Frank was a gift to us all. Thank you for the beautiful quote - so hopeful!

  10. That is just too true...and also too funny that I just posted a similar thought tonight on my blog! I really think each day should be matter what!

    Ciao from Ontario!

  11. What a great thought to begin my day, Brenda! I think I'll think on that over my second cup of coffee!

  12. I find it interesting that you and I have written about very similar things in our most recent blogs. I am enjoying spring as well.

Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same. ~ Franz Peter Schubert
