Reading Challenge 2009 Updates

Last night I completed my 2009 Support Your Library Challenge, which was to read at least 25 books from my local library during 2009.

Now..... I have two other reading challenges to complete this year. Ten books left to read for the Read Your Own Book Challenge.

Plus, I need to find three books with a profession, a building, or a medical condition as part of the title for the What's In A Name challenge.

Happily Reading,
Brenda

  4. Bravo! Our human dad volunteers at a library, and is always happy to hear when someone supports one.

Good luck with the subsequent challenges, too...

  5. Oh, and our human mom enjoys Jane Austen too. She named Lizzie Bennet with some pride and some prejudice. ;-))

  6. Congratulations. Just finished The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. I was thinking that it was too predictable until things begin to happen and this book turned out to something I had not expected. It was a complete explanation our the construction of Washington DC and the Masons. Very timely for this time in our country. Dan Brown went into detail how and how the designers of the Capitol City was designed. A surprising ending.

  7. What an accomplishment for you to finish the library challenge. Congratulations!

The movie "Sense and Sensibility", is high on my list of movies to see. I am so far behind, but maybe we will have some snowstorms this year, and then I will watch it.
