Artful Blogging

It's been a busy, but happy day. During my jaunt through town doing errands and shopping, I FINALLY found a store that carries Artful Blogging. I didn't know such a magazine existed until I saw it highlighted on Bella Pink's blog (link no longer active), and I've been looking for it ever since.

My, my, my.... what a feast for the eyes and imagination. If you are a blogger and you haven't seen this yet, you just gotta go and find a copy!

Gleefully yours,
Brenda

PS. It's several years now since I first wrote this post. It's still hard to locate the magazine here in Canada where I live, but I am thrilled that my library now has a subscription. It makes for a perfect outing to sit in some cozy corner of the library and read the latest edition. It's still a beautiful magazine. (August 2015)

  1. What does it cover? Is it mostly creative backgrounds?

I'm just happy that you found it since it seemed to be important to you to do so. Of course, now I'm expecting even greater things from your blog. No pressure. Just be spectacular from now on.

Come to think of it.... you're already pretty dang spectacular.

  2. I just saw this book at Joseph Beth Booksellers store the other night. John was with me and he wanted to go to dinner (he was starving!) so I never got to look at it. I'll have to go back and check it out! Thanks for the review!

  3. Well now, Caryn.... Haven't really looked that closely yet --- too busy. I'm saving the opportunity when I can savour the magazine -- so I'm not certain what it all covers. Can keep you posted.

Oh oh... didn't I tell you.... I'm a really great armchair 'drooler' .... who knows when the ideas I glean will translate into actual blogging??? (smile)

Sherri, Now that you've found the 'artful' magazine, you'll have to go back when hubby isn't so hungry.

I went looking for it because Tara Frey (Bella Pink blog) was featured in an earlier issue... she mentions in in her blog. And since I really enjoy her blog, I thought I might also like the magazine.

To My Beautiful Readers,

Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same. ~ Franz Peter Schubert
