all this talk about magpies and squirels, makes me want to tell youabout my little animals, two white rabbits sitting on the brown grass in my front yard. They were saying to each other what is this no snow and here we are white as we ever get. Where can we hide, everyone and everything can see us. I opened the door to get the paper and they leaped across to the other side of the street and disappeared. I guess I better stop hoping we won't get snow for a long time as their are some little critters who are waiting for the snow..
That describes perfectly how my husband lives his life. I have to copy this and put it in a frame. It's amazing how it details the very core of his character. And your sun dappled corner looks so iniviting. I want to put on my toesocks and settle down in that very spot to reflect on this wonderful post.
Rosalie, I enjoyed your rabbit tale. It does seem odd not to have snow that's staying....mom/caryn, I'm so enjoying that photo too.... put on your toesocks and come on over!
